Olympic weightlifting offers an opportunity for individuals, of all ages and abilities, to develop and improve strength, speed, flexibility, and kinesthetic awareness. Weightlifting can be pursued both as an independent sport, or to enhance and supplement overall conditioning.

Triton Barbell is an official USA Weightlifting club with certified coaches and a team of passionate athletes that compete at the local and national level. We offer weightlifting programming and coaching designed to continually improve our athletes’ weightlifting fundamentals and strength.

Team practices are coached weekly, delivering the benefits of a fun and encouraging team atmosphere that only further advances individual growth and performance in the sport.
